Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update all international leads through the company’s CRM system with complete accuracy.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with Australian clients and NRI prospects to maintain engagement and trust.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to deal negotiation and closure - ensuring smooth coordination at every stage.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and property presentations to showcase ongoing projects effectively.
  • Track lead progress, ensure quick responses, and maintain a high conversion ratio.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and client responses.
  • Handle client queries professionally and escalate important cases to management when needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of project details, pricing, and offers to ensure precise communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales coordination, CRM handling, or international client management..
  • Candidates having prior BPO experience with exposure to Australia, UK, USA, Canada markets will be preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong command of CRM tools, Excel, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet,etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across international time zones with efficiency.
  • Energetic, well-presented, and comfortable dealing with high-value clients across time zones.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior exposure to NRI client segments will be an added advantage.
