- Handle inbound inquiries related to property details, pricing, and project updates.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions
- Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects to clients.
- Maintain and update the customer database with interaction details.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve targets.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversion.
