Job Summary
A Sales Manager in our real estate company plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and managing client relationships. While working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure efficient lead follow-up and conversion through CRM systems. Staying attuned to market trends and customer preferences is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned projects
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and convert leads.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system for all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Analyze CRM data to monitor lead progress, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential customers.
- Prepare and share sales reports, projections, and CRM insights regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in business administration or in management
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Maintain records of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate/finance/insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
