Team Leader Sale

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager.

Job Summary

A Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for playing a vital role in overseeing and driving the sales activities of our company. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated sales professionals, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of our company's sales objectives. Building lasting relationships with clients and staying up to date with real estate market trends are also critical components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, support, and train a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Audit CRM data periodically to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.
• Handle escalations and assist in closing high-value deals.
• Report daily and weekly performance metrics to management.
• Monitor team performance through daily reviews and provide regular training and motivation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and potential customers and generate new sales opportunities
• Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt to changing market strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of sales reports and analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement, optimizing the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in business administration or in management.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Maintain records of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate/finance/insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• The capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
